Aquarium of the Pacific

For Valentine's we took the girls to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. We all had such a fun day. The seal's fell in love with Meg and Kate as they did with them. What amazing creatures!

Many kisses were given.

The girls also got to feed Lorikeets, though Kate wasn't to happy with one of them after he nipped at her finger. Meg was fearless with the birds, except when it came to touching a shark. That was when Kate stepped up and was more then willing to pet one.

What the hell!

Was enjoying the Lorikeet's and then look over and had a front row view of the massive butt crack show!

WHAT THE HELL!!

Didn't this chick realize there was impressionable small children around that she could have blinded! Along with me wanting to throw up my lunch!

A doggie dog's life

This morning I walk around the corner of my kitchen into the living room and this is what I see!

Pathetic! If this dog had to work for a living she'd be in trouble...hope every ones weekend is as relaxing as Bonnie is today.

Here fish, fish!!!

The girls have been watching Finding Nemo a lot lately so for Valentine's I decided to get them a fish. I was going to get them a gold fish...really pretty, nice and fat, but then the guy at Petco said I would need a bigger fish tank for it. Well...hmmm no! I just wanted the cheap one on sale for $16.00 and not the one for $71.00. Give me a break, the fish was only $5.00! So we settled on a Beta fish for $2.50. Like I told David if it doesn't make it to the end of the week I won't feel so bad, but he seems to be doing really well.


Meg, Kate and I decided to name him Valentine Fish...David said we could call him Val for short after Val Kilmer. David likes him as an actor, says he's a man's man. Can we say "man crush"! he he just joking David! :)

Flashback

Yes, this is my husband as a teenager! I'm thinking this picture was taken early to mid 80's...he was very cool with his long hair and rocker tee's. :)

I think Josh is really starting to look more and more like his Dad!

Pigtails!

Well it only took two years, 4 months, and 15 days...but we have achieved pigtails.

Best Friends

The girls were sitting and watching TV this morning...every time I turned around they were hugging each other. It was so sweet!
